The role handles high call volumes, supports referrals, and assists with billing while collaborating with patients, providers, and internal teams. This contract-to-hire position includes onsite work and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience handling 65–80 calls per day in a high-volume environment.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with patient registration, insurance verification, and appointment scheduling.
• Proficiency with EHR and scheduling systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
