GI Alliance is seeking an experienced Scheduler I to coordinate patient appointments and procedures in our McKinney, TX office. You will manage high call volumes, schedule radiology/labs, and assist with patient registration and financial transactions.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in medical scheduling, excellent communication skills, and proficient computer skills with EMR systems. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus, and you will join a team committed to quality care.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in a medical office is preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of healthcare plans and medical benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule patients for office visits and procedures (in-person or via phone).
• Assist with high call volume and triage messages for medical staff.
• Assist in patient registration and financial transactions; collect payments.
• May schedule radiology/lab and recall appointments.
• Check-in and check-out patients; file charts in EMR.
• Prepare patient charts and scan documents into EMR.
