Humana Inc. Conviva Senior Primary Care location seeks a Receptionist I to be the first point of contact for patients, providers, and visitors, delivering a welcoming and professional experience while supporting daily clinic operations.

The role involves coordinating appointments, managing provider schedules, and handling calls with a focus on exceptional patient service in a fast-paced healthcare environment. 40 weekly hours, with 8 AM–5 PM shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year or more experience in a healthcare setting preferred, but candidates with strong customer service background in retail, hospitality, or call centers will be considered.
• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and highly organized.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)

Responsabilités

• Answer and direct calls and greet visitors.
• Support scheduling and coordination of provider appointments.
• Confirm patient visits and handle rescheduling or no-show follow-up.
• Maintain visitor records and respond to routine inquiries.
• Assist with general office operations and meetings.
