CenterWell is seeking a Receptionist 1 to manage a switchboard, greet visitors, and support administrative tasks in a healthcare setting. The role emphasizes accurate messaging, timely routing of calls, and courteous service to patients and staff.

The ideal candidate has one year of healthcare or strong customer service experience, excellent phone etiquette, and meticulous organizational skills to thrive in a busy environment. 40 hours weekly with a posted pay range.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1 year or more of healthcare experience preferred.
• Must be passionate about contributing to patient experiences.
• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and highly organized.

Responsabilités

• Receive and correctly route incoming and outgoing calls.
• Greet visitors, issue passes and log visits.
• Maintain visitor logs and distribute messages.
• Assist with mail, courier duties and meeting room bookings.
• Respond to routine inquiries about location, hours, and contact info.
