Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Receptionist to greet and assist visitors, answer the multi-line switchboard, and handle daily receivables coding. The role includes maintaining the census book, documenting deliveries, and providing broad clerical support as needed.

This in-person position requires a high school diploma and experience with office software, with potential overtime and flexible hours. Previous healthcare experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) years’ experience on a multi-line telephone switchboard, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• Any combination of education, training, or experience in a hospital environment.
• May be required to work occasional overtime and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all visitors.
• Answer the switchboard and manage calls.
• Prepare and code daily receivables.
• Maintain the facility census book and document incoming deliveries.
• Provide clerical support and assist with projects as assigned.
