Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Project Manager to direct all aspects of customer benefit plan implementations for Self-funded New Business Clients. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify and address critical issues, ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded.

Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, risk management, and driving concurrent projects while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of healthcare client-facing experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks, recommend solutions, and drive issues to resolution within established timelines.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Proven execution and delivery skills, including prioritizing work, managing competing deadlines, coordinating cross-functional resources, and achieving established business objectives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of key healthcare projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, milestones, and deliverables, and establish timelines and budgets.
• Identify risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports highlighting achievements, risks, and mitigations.
• Coach junior colleagues in project management techniques and responsibilities.
