Job summary

CVS Health is looking for a Project Manager to direct the implementation of Self-funded New Business Client benefit plans, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to meet or exceed expectations.

In this role you will plan and execute projects, set deliverables and milestones, manage risks and changes, report progress, and mentor junior colleagues while ensuring quality and adherence to schedules.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of healthcare client-facing experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills to assess risks and resolve issues.
• Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Proven execution and delivery skills, including prioritizing work and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of key healthcare client projects.
• Develop project plans, assign team members, set milestones.
• Identify risks, create risk mitigation strategies, and report progress.
• Coach junior colleagues in project management practices.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to scope and budget.
