CVS Health is seeking a Project Manager to direct all aspects of Self-funded New Business Client implementations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence. The role emphasizes planning, risk management, and quality adoption, with a focus on meeting customer expectations.

You will lead multiple projects, mentor junior colleagues, and ensure alignment with timelines and budgets while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and service delivery.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of healthcare client-facing experience, including direct management of client relationships, issue resolution, and successful delivery of healthcare products, services, or implementation initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks, recommend solutions, and drive issues to resolution within established timelines.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Proven execution and delivery skills, including prioritizing work, managing competing deadlines, coordinating cross-functional resources, and achieving established business objectives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of key organizational projects with stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, assign team members, define deliverables and milestones.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports highlighting achievements and risks.
• Coach junior colleagues in current project management techniques and responsibilities.
