Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Project Manager to direct all aspects of customer benefit plan implementations for Self-funded New Business Clients. You will lead initiatives with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring high satisfaction and successful adoption, while maintaining timelines and budgets.

The role requires strong collaboration across cross-functional teams, detailed planning, and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of healthcare client-facing experience.
• Direct management of client relationships, issue resolution, and successful delivery of healthcare products or implementations.
• Strong problem-solving skills to assess risks and drive issues to resolution.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of key organizational projects.
• Develop project plans, assign team members, define deliverables and deadlines, and establish milestones.
• Identify project risks and issues; implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports highlighting achievements and risks.
• Coach junior colleagues in project management techniques.
