CVS Health is seeking a Project Manager to direct all aspects of customer benefit plan implementations for self-funded new business clients. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and drive adoption through change management strategies.

In this role, you will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, build project plans, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of healthcare client-facing experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills with risk assessment and resolution.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of key projects with stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, milestones and deliverables.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation and contingency plans.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Coach junior colleagues on project management practices.
