Qualifications

• Required HS diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree and/or Masters’ Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience.
• Prior physician practice management experience - Knowledge of healthcare/ambulatory care management.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations including management of budgets, staff, scheduling, and workflows.
• Ensures compliance with organizational policies; supports financial and inventory controls; drives service improvements.
