Job summary

Penn Medicine is seeking an Associate Practice Manager to provide strategic operational leadership for the Shared Services Suite, overseeing administrative, financial, regulatory, and quality aspects across multiple departments at the Medical Arts Pavilion in Plainsboro, NJ.

You will supervise staff, manage patient flow and scheduling, and ensure financial performance while championing patient satisfaction and collaboration with physicians and leadership.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED (Required).
• 3+ years relevant experience (Required).
• Prior management experience in a healthcare setting (Preferred).
• Associate’s degree (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily practice operations including scheduling, billing, and coordination of services.
• Provide strategic operational leadership and supervision across administrative, financial, regulatory, quality, HR, and patient/employee satisfaction areas.
• Oversee budget, financial performance, and achievement of financial goals.
• Coordinate engagement with internal stakeholders, external clients, affiliates, and service lines; ensure effective communication.
• Develop, mentor, and retain staff to maintain high performance and engagement.
