Virtua Health in New Jersey seeks a Lead Practice Manager to direct administrative and clinical services for assigned practices within a dyad leadership model. You will oversee budgets, staffing, and performance metrics, ensuring compliance, patient access, and high-quality care.

You will collaborate with physicians and leadership to promote a positive work environment, standardize processes, and drive growth while maintaining regulatory compliance and excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in medical practice leadership.
• Strong billing knowledge across commercial/Medicare.
• Experience with EMR, scheduling, charging, and billing systems.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily expenditures, staffing, and budgets for assigned practices.
• Develop and monitor budgets and explain variances to leadership.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and support KPI targets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and policies.
• Improve patient access and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit and manage practice staff with HR collaboration.
• Monitor clinician schedules and capacity.
• Maintain inventory and supplies.
• Lead quality and vaccine management.
