Responsibilities

• Set strategic goals with analysis and projections for business success.
• Review or establish SOPs for organizational operations including regulatory compliance.
• Oversee daily administrative and business operations.
• Hire, train, and monitor administrative staff.
• Monitor inventory of medications and equipment and arrange resupply.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop business strategies and patient services.
• Perform data reporting for CCA and ensure department goals are met.
