Job summary

Tenet Healthcare is seeking a Partnership Manager to drive physician and practice outreach, educate providers on the capabilities of surgical centers, and grow case volumes across USPI centers. You will engage physicians, practice managers, and schedulers through in-person visits, analyze referral patterns, and develop business development strategies aligned with enterprise priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years of experience in health system physician relations, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
• Exhibited success in a business development / sales role.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to travel in market.
• Motor Vehicle Records check required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct in-person visits with proceduralist offices to increase center selection.
• Evaluate physician referral patterns and trends for market facilities.
• Develop business development strategies with leadership.
• Research providers to understand facility selection decisions and relationships.
• Conduct face-to-face sales meetings to demonstrate center attributes and capabilities.
• Follow up with physicians and managers to uncover needs and obstacles.
• Prepare and present sales reports on volume growth and trends.
• Maintain timely client engagement notes in the CRM.
