Job summary

Tenet Healthcare's USPI division seeks a Partnership Liaison in Houston to expand center relationships with physicians and practice managers. You will support credentialing, onboarding, and access to procedural times, aligning with enterprise priorities.

Ideally you have 2–5 years in health-system physician relations or related fields, strong communication, and proven BD success. Travel within the market is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in health system physician relations, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
• Exhibited success in a business development / sales role.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct in-person visits to physicians' offices to increase center selection.
• Identify trends in provider utilization and discuss dynamics with providers.
• Coordinate with operations to optimize block times and access to procedural time.
• Conduct face-to-face sales meetings to showcase center attributes and capabilities.
• Prepare and present sales reports to measure growth and identify opportunities.
