Qualifications

• GED or HiSET (Required).
• Experience with hospital information systems is preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication with clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Bed management and patient flow coordination, admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Central communication for nurses, physicians, and care teams; shift handoffs.
• Accurate use of hospital systems and maintenance of patient records.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and unit operations.
• Maintain inventories, restock materials, and logs.
• Greet patients/families, handle inquiries, and assist in emergencies.
