Aufgaben

• Bed management: track, prioritize, assign beds and coordinate ADTs.
• Communicate with care teams; relay orders and discharge information.
• Maintain patient records, organize charts, and ensure documentation completeness.
• Serve as unit receptionist and liaison for patient and family questions.
• Assist Hospitalists with rounds, calls, and scheduling coverage.
• Maintain unit logs, supply orders, and unit audits.
• Coordinate staffing and daily shift assignments with the Clinical Supervisor.
• Monitor emergencies and ensure proper equipment placement.
• Process admissions/discharges and secure post-discharge follow-ups.
• Ensure timely data entry into appropriate hospital systems.
