Inmar Intelligence is seeking a Healthcare Onboarding Project Lead to guide end-to-end onboarding for new healthcare clients. You will serve as the main client contact, coordinating with Sales, Technology Operations, Product, and Account Management to ensure accurate configuration, tested integrations, and an operational-ready launch.

Responsibilities include leading multiple onboarding efforts, translating client needs into system configurations, validating data, and overseeing QA/UAT.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years guiding onboarding or implementations in healthcare or professional services.
• Experience coordinating multiple onboarding efforts with cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and client focus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact through onboarding and kickoff discussions.
• Lead multiple onboarding engagements with clear timelines and responsibilities.
• Configure client accounts to meet healthcare program requirements.
• Coordinate training, testing, and handoff to Account Management at completion.
• Collaborate with Technology Operations, Product, Sales and other partners.
