Job summary

Quantum Health, Inc. is seeking a Client Onboarding Project Manager to lead new client implementations, coordinating with Sales, BI, IT, and Account Management to ensure a smooth go-live. You will develop detailed onboarding plans, manage milestones, and resolve issues across multiple workstreams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and prior healthcare/insurance implementation experience, with strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Prior project and account management experience.
• Healthcare/insurance implementation project experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple large projects in changing environments.
• Strong cross-functional teamwork and issue resolution.
• Excellent verbal communication and executive-presenter skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, and general IT tools.
• Trustworthy with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust project plans to meet go-live deadlines and coordinate onboarding.
• Oversee key deliverables, milestones, and deadlines for onboarding.
• Collaborate with Quantum Health data/resources to build scalable programs.
• Build relationships with client resources and SMEs; hold resources accountable.
• Address onboarding issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Manage multiple priority projects within the EPMO as assigned.
• All other duties as assigned.
