Job summary

Inmar is seeking an Onboarding Project Lead to guide healthcare customers from kickoff to launch for our pharmacy software solutions in Winston-Salem, NC. You will organize plans, coordinate configuration and testing, and communicate risks to ensure launch readiness.

You will build clear playbooks, document requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver commitments. Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multi-step onboarding are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3 to 6 years of client facing experience in healthcare, software, fintech, or related professional services.
• Experience supporting onboarding, implementations, integrations, or operational launches.
• Ability to lead workstreams and drive outcomes across cross functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding efforts simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to translate client needs into operational and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding projects: guide customers from kickoff through launch and handoff.
• Turn customer needs into launch-ready requirements: document requirements and coordinate setup.
• Validate readiness and support adoption: perform checks, data validation, QA/UAT, training, and reviews.
• Create confidence through communication: provide status, risks, decisions, and actions.
• Improve the onboarding model: capture feedback and improve playbooks and templates.
