Job summary

Press Ganey is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead client onboarding, coordinate with Delivery and other teams, and ensure successful go-live of highly customized healthcare projects. You will translate client needs into product configurations and timelines, fostering trust from day one.

The role requires 5+ years in client-facing PM/consulting, strong communication, and data analytics expertise, with up to 5% travel for onsite or virtual support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in client-facing PM/consulting/operations, preferably healthcare.
• Excellent interpersonal, communications, listening, and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of improvement methodologies, best practices, and data analytics.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects with high client satisfaction.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% for client support, virtual and onsite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day client implementation, align on goals, configuration, and priorities.
• Serve as primary client contact, gather feedback, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Partner with Delivery Team to complete product configuration and timelines.
• Collaborate across departments to reconcile competing priorities and maximize satisfaction.
• Escalate issues to supervisors and ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery.
• Provide product overview and connect clients with training and education opportunities.
