Job summary

Inmar Inc. is seeking a Healthcare Onboarding Project Manager to lead large, complex customer onboarding programs from kickoff through launch and transition.

You will coordinate multiple hospitals, clinics, and locations with several workstreams and deployment waves, ensuring alignment and a successful implementation. You will build an integrated master plan, manage risks, drive decisions, and maintain clear communication with customers and Inmar leadership to deliver an exceptional onboarding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required.
• 4–6 years of related project management experience in complex, multi-workstream programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own overall delivery of large, complex healthcare onboarding programs from kickoff through transition.
• Build and maintain an integrated master plan aligning workstreams, milestones, owners, dependencies, decisions, and readiness criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage risks, decisions, and dependencies to keep programs on track.
• Serve as the primary program-level contact for customer executives and internal stakeholders, providing concise, fact-based updates.
• Lead governance and status reporting with sponsors, escalation paths, and decision forums.
