Job summary

Inmar is hiring an Onboarding Project Lead in Winston-Salem, NC to drive end-to-end onboarding for Healthcare clients. You will be the primary client contact, coordinating with Sales, Technology Operations, Product and Account Management to ensure accurate configurations, data validation, and successful launches.

You will manage multiple onboarding efforts, identify risks, facilitate client training, and hand off to Account Management at project completion.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of client facing experience in healthcare, software, fintech, or related services.
• Experience supporting onboarding, implementations, or launches.
• Strong ability to lead workstreams across cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding execution and client leadership across multiple engagements.
• Configure client accounts and translate requirements into system settings.
• Coordinate training, handoffs, and launch readiness to Account Management.
• Collaborate with Technology Operations, Product, and Sales for integrations.
• Document onboarding processes and support continuous improvement.
