Health Data Innovations, Inc. is seeking a Client Onboarding Implementation Lead to scale onboarding for our growing healthcare clients. You will lead the Onboarding pod, own onboarding for complex accounts, and partner with the CEO and leadership to drive rapid, reliable implementations.

You will mentor teammates, remove blockers, and champion high-velocity execution in a fast-paced, startup environment with strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years in customer success or related roles.
• Exceptional leadership and ability to inspire a team.
• Comfort with fast-paced startup environments and ambiguity.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Onboarding pod, overseeing workflows and people.
• Escalation point for onboarding team to unblock clients.
• Run kickoff calls with new clients with clear timelines.
• Own complex client onboarding and ensure full setup.
• Remove process roadblocks to accelerate onboarding.
• Build onboarding systems and playbooks for scale.
• Own cross-functional projects with CEO and leadership.
• Support hiring and onboarding of new teammates.
• Develop team through mentorship and coaching.
• Inspire team with leadership, grit, and high-velocity execution.
