Job summary

Inmar seeks an experienced Healthcare Onboarding Project Manager to lead large, complex customer onboarding programs from kickoff through launch and transition across hospitals, clinics, and other sites. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, drive decisions, and ensure a seamless, enterprise-wide onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

• Own overall delivery of large, complex, multi-workstream healthcare onboarding programs from kickoff through transition to hypercare/support.
• Build and maintain an integrated master plan connecting workstreams, deployment waves, milestones, owners, dependencies, decision points, and readiness criteria.
• Establish governance model with cadences, reviews, status reporting, escalation paths, and decision forums.
• Coordinate concurrent work across patient care locations with varying environments and readiness needs.
• Manage scope, changes, dependencies, sequencing, and overall program readiness.
• Maintain program-level documentation of decisions, risks, actions, and commitments.
