Job summary

Medicus Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Client Onboarding Manager to lead project-based staffing implementations from kickoff through launch and post-launch support. You will partner with internal teams and healthcare clients nationwide to deliver service excellence and achieve project objectives.

Based on-site in Windham, New Hampshire, you will steer cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, mitigate risks, and drive successful outcomes across the full project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years external client-facing experience with demonstrated success managing customer relationships.
• Experience leading projects and driving results through cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to influence and gain alignment across stakeholders while managing conflicts and navigating complex conversations.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to build trusted relationships.
• Strong critical-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the initial primary point of contact to manage and oversee staffing projects from kickoff to launch.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, driving accountability, stakeholder alignment, and milestones.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate conversations with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain relationships.
• Manage tasks and implementation processes with timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Oversee recruitment, credentialing, onboarding, and orientation milestones.
• Create and deliver client project materials, including implementation decks, weekly status reports, handbooks, and QBRs.
• Communicate project progress, risks, milestones, and outcomes to clients, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Identify risks and develop solutions to support successful project execution.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned.
• Develop and maintain project best practices and reference materials.
