Job summary

CertifyOS is seeking a seasoned Implementation & Onboarding Lead to oversee client onboarding for the CertifyOS platform. You will manage multiple implementations, work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations, and guide clients as they learn to use the system.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a proven ability to manage complex onboarding projects from contract to go-live.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience overall.
• 3+ years in software implementation, project management, or a management consulting role.
• Excellent organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to interact and collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and onboarding process for new client partners across all products and services.
• Coordinate with stakeholders from multiple teams to ensure successful deployments.
• Support clients through standard implementation tasks and platform adoption.
• Develop a deep understanding of provider licensing, credentialing, and provider data management.
• Maintain a seamless client experience from contract execution to go-live.
