ManpowerGroup is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Marquette, MI. You will support members and providers via calls, document interactions, and help with benefits and eligibility questions.

The role requires strong communication and confidentiality, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a pay rate of $18.50 per hour, offering a supportive healthcare-focused environment and opportunities for career growth within a reputable organization.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
• At least two years of customer service or call center experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Provide exceptional customer service to members and healthcare providers via inbound and outbound calls
• Route information to appropriate departments and resolve member issues efficiently
• Accurately document all correspondence and interactions in the claims management system
• Assist with questions related to benefits, policies, eligibility, and medication denials
• Support the organization’s compliance with healthcare policies and confidentiality standards
