Trusted Leader in Healthcare Services is seeking a Healthcare Call Center Representative to support members, providers, and patients with health plan information and services.

You will handle inquiries across Medicare, billing, and member services, documenting all interactions while following HIPAA guidelines. A minimum of two years in healthcare customer service and strong communication skills are required.

Qualificações

• Minimum of two years of customer service or healthcare member-interaction experience.
• Call center experience and/or prior experience in health insurance preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with ≤5% error.
• Ability to explain Medicare/Medicaid plans and PHI privacy requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Handle member, provider and patient inquiries related to health plans and services.
• Document all interactions accurately and follow procedures.
• Resolve issues by coordinating service recovery and resource use.
• Maintain proficiency through ongoing training and use of required tools.
• Meet center KPIs: call handling, first call resolution, member retention.
• Comply with HIPAA, privacy standards, and code of conduct.
