Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist patients with the check-in process across multiple systems.
• Answer phones and gather accurate patient information quickly.
• Support timely access to care by minimizing registration delays.
• Build trust with patients during moments of illness, anxiety, or confusion.
• Navigate insurance plans, enter demographics, collect co-pays, and provide cost estimates when applicable.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
