Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar).
• Proven experience in IT support or a similar role, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understands hospital business operations and IT applications in healthcare.
