Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• 2+ years of IT support experience (healthcare preferred) or 3+ years of clinical experience with strong technical skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune.
• Hands-on experience with help desk functions and user support.
• Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, M365, CHTS) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary support contact for staff with PCs, software, networking, and phones.
• Answer, triage, prioritize, and resolve help desk requests promptly.
• Document problems, steps taken, and final resolutions.
• Train staff on technology systems and applications.
• Assist with system upgrades and new implementations.
