Job summary

Saint Francis Healthcare System in Missouri is seeking an IT Technician to join the Technical Services Team. You will provide technical support and customer service, troubleshoot urgent issues, and respond to help requests in person or by phone.

You will identify and escalate complex problems to the responsible teams and management, compile daily or weekly issues logs, and assist with hardware/software installation, repairs, and diagnostics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CompTIA A+ or comparable certification is preferred.
• Experience as an IT Technician or related IT field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and customer service as part of the Technical Services Team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve urgent technical issues by in-person or phone support.
