Job summary

Revel Staffing is seeking a Desktop Support Technician for a healthcare organization in St. Louis County. The role focuses on installing, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading desktops, software, hardware, and peripherals to maintain optimal workstation performance.

The technician will provide timely end-user support in person, by phone, email, or ticketing system, with emphasis on Windows/Office 365 and EMR systems. HIPAA training is preferred and collaboration with internal teams is essential.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of PC and desktop hardware.
Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office 365.
Experience supporting Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems preferred.
Hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

Support and maintain desktop computers, laptops, software, hardware, and peripherals.
Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade computer systems and related equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user-access issues.
Provide end-user assistance in person, by phone, email, or ticketing/work order system.
Support Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and Electronic Medical Record systems.
Assist with Cisco VOIP phone system support.
Work with network cabling, jacks, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
Maintain inventory records and documentation for break/fix activity.
