Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Service Center Technician to provide Level 1 support for Mercy-owned desktop hardware, peripherals, and network equipment in a healthcare environment. The role includes asset/inventory management, audits, and software support to ensure an effective desktop computing environment.

Ideal candidates have an Associate degree in IT or related field (Bachelor's preferred), experience in large IT environments, and strong Windows/SCCM/AD skills.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other two- or four-year degree with significant IT experience OR equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 support for Mercy-owned desktop hardware installation and maintenance.
• Assist with asset and inventory management, routine audits, and software support.
• Respond to customer questions promptly to maintain an effective desktop computing environment.
