Mercy is seeking a Service Center Technician for Level 1 desktop hardware and network support at our Springfield, MO site. You will handle requests, troubleshoot, and maintain the desktop computing environment to ensure ongoing effectiveness.

The role requires an Associates degree or equivalent IT experience, plus strong knowledge of Windows, SCCM, Active Directory, and documentation, with flexibility to work outside normal hours when needed.

Formación

• Experience in a complex IT environment and healthcare context.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Familiar with SCCM, AD, Windows, and networking fundamentals.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 1 desktop hardware and peripheral support.
• Assist with asset/inventory management and routine audits.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve IT problems promptly.
• Travel locally as required and support after-hours projects.
