Mercy is seeking a Service Center Technician to deliver Level 1 support for desktop hardware, peripherals, and network equipment. You will manage assets, perform routine audits, and assist with software support to keep the desktop environment efficient.

The role requires an Associate degree or equivalent IT experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and ability to work both independently and with a team. Local travel may be involved.

Formación

• Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar, or equivalent IT experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work in complex networking and IT environments.
• Experience with Microsoft SCCM, AD, and Windows operating systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 1 desktop software and hardware support for Mercy-owned equipment.
• Perform asset and inventory management, routine audits, and software support.
• Respond to user requests and resolve technical problems to maintain a stable desktop computing environment.
