Mercy seeks a Service Center Technician to provide Level 1 desktop hardware, software, and peripheral support across Mercy-owned systems. You will respond to user requests, diagnose and resolve problems, and maintain a stable computing environment in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Key duties include asset and inventory management, routine audits, software support, and basic network equipment maintenance. Local travel may be required, and you will contribute to ongoing professional development

Formación

• Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent IT experience.
• Experience working in a complex networking and information technology environment.
• Knowledge of SCCM, Office, Active Directory, Windows OS, and security practices.
• Familiar with workstation hardware, network topologies, and protocols.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to travel locally and work outside standard hours as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 1 support for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Manage asset and inventory records, perform routine audits, and support deployments/moves.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve issues to maintain a reliable computing environment.
