• Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar OR equivalent IT experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS preferred.
• Three years' experience in large healthcare system (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 1 support for desktop hardware and peripherals.
• Manage asset and inventory records; perform routine audits.
• Respond to customer requests and resolve technical problems promptly.
• Support software and ensure desktop computing environment stability.
