Mercy is seeking a Service Center Technician to provide Level 1 support for desktop hardware, peripherals, and network equipment. You will manage assets and inventory, perform routine audits, and support software in a healthcare IT environment.

Responsibilities include fulfilling customer requests, resolving technical problems promptly, and collaborating with the team. Some travel locally and after-hours work may be required.

Formación

• Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other two- or four-year degree with significant IT experience OR equivalent experience.
• Three years' experience in a large healthcare system.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems (or equivalent experience).
• Dell Desktop Hardware Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 1 support for Mercy desktop hardware installation, maintenance, peripherals, and network equipment.
• Perform asset and inventory management, routine audits, and software support.
• Respond to customer requests and resolve technical problems to maintain an effective desktop computing environment.
• Travel locally as required and work outside normal business hours when needed.
