Job summary

SHI International is seeking an Inside Account Executive focused on healthcare to identify potential customers through cold calls and prospecting while nurturing existing relationships. You will manage the sales cycle from quoting to order placement and collaborate with SHI resources to address inquiries and offer IT solutions.

You will drive new opportunities, quote and place orders, and grow existing accounts, aiming to meet monthly and quarterly quotas with strong communication and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a similar role.
• 10% in-market travel as needed.
• Professional conduct and teamwork aligned with company Code of Conduct.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling and prospecting to identify potential customers.
• Drive new opportunities through outbound activities and qualified sales opportunities.
• Nurture relationships via email and phone within assigned books of business.
• Assist customers in selecting and deploying IT solutions and managing their environment.
• Quote and place orders based on customer requests and expectations.
• Grow existing active buying accounts through the full sales cycle.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly production quotas.
