Job summary

SHI International is seeking an Inside Account Executive - Healthcare in Austin, TX to drive new opportunities through cold calling and strategic prospecting while nurturing existing relationships within assigned accounts.

You will manage the full sales cycle from quoting to order placement, collaborate with SHI teams, and aim to meet monthly and quarterly quotas with a focus on delivering best-in-class customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a similar role.
• 10% travel to in-market locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling and prospecting to identify potential customers.
• Quote and place orders based on customer requests.
• Grow existing active buying accounts by managing projects through the entire sales cycle.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly production quotas.
• Collaborate with SHI internal resources to resolve customer inquiries and propose IT solutions.
