Job summary

Axiom Technologies is hiring IT Desktop Support Engineer – L1 to assist a healthcare client across multiple locations in the United States. This 3-month independent contractor role covers device setup, deployment and on-site support, including go-live readiness and hypercare follow-up.

The position requires hands-on experience with end-user devices, printers and workstations, and is onsite at client locations. Vaccination/compliance prerequisites apply for healthcare environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT desktop support and field support environments.
• Familiarity with end-user devices, printers, scanners and basic network connectivity.
• Healthcare environment experience is a plus.
• Epic Go-Live or Hypercare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support device setup, installation, configuration and connectivity.
• Execute multi-device deployments for scanners, printers and workstations.
• Provide go-live readiness and hypercare support during deployments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity and end-user issues on-site.
• Work with healthcare client in various US locations.
