Job summary

Teceze is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer at a healthcare site in Arkansas to provide hands-on IT support during an Epic Go-Live and stabilization period. The role covers device deployment, workstation setup, and end-user assistance to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Desktop Support or deskside support experience.
• Hands-on hardware deployment and device setup.
• Experience with desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, install, configure, and validate IT devices and peripherals.
• Provide hands-on desktop and deskside support during go-live.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and deployment issues.
• Support imaging, configuration, testing, and readiness activities.
• Document issues and resolutions, following hospital IT procedures.
