Job summary

Teceze is seeking an on-site IT support professional for a 1-month contract at our Little Rock, AR facility. You will deploy and configure clinical IT devices, set up workstations, printers, scanners, and other peripherals, and provide hands-on support during Epic go-live.

The role emphasizes rapid issue resolution, hypercare, and collaboration with healthcare staff. Ideal candidates have desktop/field support and healthcare IT exposure, plus experience with Epic deployments and post-go-live

Qualifications

Desktop/field/ deskside IT support experience.
Printer and scanner installation and troubleshooting.
Workstation and peripheral configuration across devices.
Basic network connectivity troubleshooting for end users.
Experience in healthcare IT environments preferred.
Epic go-live or clinical deployment experience is a plus.
Experience providing hypercare or post-go-live support is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Deploy, install, configure, and validate IT devices and peripherals.
Set up and troubleshoot workstations, printers, scanners, WOWs, and clinical IT devices.
Provide hands-on IT support during the Epic go-live period.
Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, configuration, and deployment issues.
Perform post-deployment stabilization and hypercare support.
Coordinate with project teams, site personnel, and end users to resolve issues.
Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach in a healthcare environment.
