Job summary

Axiom Technologies is seeking an IT Desktop Support Engineer – L1 for a 3-month project across multiple US locations. The role involves device setup, multi-device deployments, and Go-Live readiness to ensure a smooth end-user experience.

You will perform post-deployment stabilization, provide Hypercare support on a T&M basis, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity in a healthcare environment. Onsite work at the client locations is required.

Qualifications

Experience in IT Desktop Support / Field Support / Service Desk environments.
Hands-on experience with device installation, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
Healthcare environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support device setup, including installation, configuration, and connectivity.
Perform multi-device deployments (printers, scanners, workstations, and related devices).
Provide Epic Go-Live support and readiness assistance during deployment phases.
Conduct post-deployment stabilization and troubleshooting for all devices.
Offer Hypercare support using a time-and-material model for rapid issue resolution.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and end-user issues in a healthcare setting.
Work onsite at the client location.
