Axiom Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking an IT Desktop Support Engineer (L1) for a 3-month project across multiple US locations. The role involves device setup, multi-device deployments, and end-user support in a healthcare environment. This 1099 independent contractor position requires on-site work at client locations with no benefits provided.

Experience with Epic Go-Live or Hypercare is a plus, and candidates should be prepared for a fast-paced, onsite deployment schedule in healthcare settings.

Qualifications

Experience in IT Desktop Support / Field Support / Service Desk.
Hands-on with device installation, configuration, deployment, troubleshooting.
Experience supporting printers, scanners, workstations, and other end-user devices.
Healthcare/clinical environment experience is a plus.
Epic Go-Live or Hypercare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support device setup, installation, configuration, and connectivity.
Perform multi-device deployments (printers, scanners, WOWs, workstations).
Provide Epic Go-Live readiness and post-deployment stabilization support.
Offer Hypercare support using a time-and-material model for rapid issue resolution.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and end-user issues in healthcare settings.
Work onsite at assigned client locations.
