Collaborating with Support, Product, and Marketing, you will resolve client needs and push for ongoing adoption, ensuring a strong client experience and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years client-facing healthcare experience with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and comfort with technical implementations like SSO.
• Self-starter with problem-solving skills and a process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless client experience for health system IT teams through launch and adoption of Enterprise workflow tools.
• Lead implementations from onboarding to configuration, conduct kickoffs, and track engagement metrics and ROI.
• Collaborate with Support, Product, and Marketing to resolve client needs and drive adoption.
