Job summary

Doxim is seeking a Client Success professional to build strong relationships and help customers achieve business goals through Doxim’s solutions and services. You’ll lead onboarding, guide adoption, and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams across order entry, production, delivery, and invoicing.

You’ll resolve client concerns, act on feedback to improve satisfaction, and partner with Sales on renewals and growth opportunities to support long-term retention.

Qualifications

• Onboarding new clients and guiding adoption to achieve success goals.
• Proactive issue resolution and escalation management across cross-functional teams.
• Identify expansion opportunities with Sales for upsell, cross-sell, and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Client Success contact for assigned accounts and executives.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding, set expectations, and achieve defined customer outcomes.
